Rachel Milligan is a poet from Philadelphia. She is the author of a chapbook, Queen Carrion (BOAAT Press, 2016) and Managing Editor of bedfellows, a literary magazine focused on desire and intimacy. She graduated from Temple University, the Iowa Writers' Workshop, and the US Department of State Critical Language Scholarship Program in Chinese. Her work can be found in the little black book of bedfellows, Wax Nine, the 2019 Denver Quarterly folio on queer trauma (vol. 53), sitting room series, DREGINALD, the tiny, Sixth Finch, Jacket2, The Iowa Review, smoking glue gun, and elsewhere.
